Gary Wilson: A Joyful Passion for Life & the Ocean

Most of my artwork revolves around the wonderful and exciting scenes of the Gulf of Mexico, Atlantic Ocean and the Everglades. Every piece has a story, whether it is from an experience walking or kayaking in the Everglades and Big Cypress Preserve or paddle boarding, surfing or swimming in the Gulf of Mexico or Atlantic waters.

Having grown up in Florida I enjoy using vibrant tropical colors that are common in the tropics. The deep blues, aquas, bright greens, deep yellows, pastel oranges, pinks and cranberry all reflect the joyful passion for life that every person has within them.
